Sorry you aren't feeling well. I know what you are going through. I have been dealing with depression for years. Sometimes it's hard to get up in the morning. I'll be praying to the Goddess for you.

I didn't perform a ritual but I did celebrate by picking blackberries for a cobbler.  My first try at making a cobbler of any sort.  I think because of all the rain this year it made the berries a little more tart this year and even with doubling the amount of sugar which according to my grandmother you must do with blackberries it still didn't help.  So I will be offering it back to nature this afternoon.  Hopefully the birds and other animals will enjoy it!
