About Me
I am a kind and loving kind of person. I tend to look on the bright side of life. I am a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl, I prefer being comfortable to dressing up. I will dress up for the right occasion. I am a single mom of a baby boy named Aiden. He is pretty much my world right now, and I couldn't be happier to have him. I have been a pagan/wiccan for about 5 years and belong to a coven called The Sacred Order of the Black Cat. It is a teaching coven based in Aurora, and tends to follow the Egyptian Pantheon. It is a teaching coven and encourages it's members to learn and grow within it's structure. I love the group of people, and hope that one day I can find a similar group closer to where I am living now.
Truly I am fascinated by all religions and faiths, and I enjoy interfaith dialog. Learning about others culture and background is something else I enjoy. I believe it is essential to get to know someone before I judge them.

Likes
Reading, writing stories, being in nature, tarot, gems and stones, watching movies, spending time with my boyfreind, Kareoke, Miniature Golf, concerts, listening to music, Watching TV, and just trying to get the most out of life.

Dislikes
Fake people, habitual liars, smoking (eww),and Closed minded people.

Hobbies
I work with Gemstones and crystals and I am always learning something about them. I also like to do Tarot readings. I like to draw, although I am not very good at it. I enjoy singing, as I mentioned before.

Books
As many as I can get my hands on. I love to read especially Horror and Fantasy.

Music
I love rock of all kinds, but will really listen to anything. I know so many songs by heart it is scary, and I have been told i have a good voice.

Here I am at covenspace a wonderful site for witches & pagans from all walks of life to get together and share their lives and also share their wisdom and insights as to what we all can do to make our lives and the lives of others better in every way possible. But what I have been finding is that even though I have have over 100 friends on my friends list, only a handful have anything to say. Are we all so busy that we can't even contribute once a week or even once a month? Don't any of us have things to share, such as spell or charm that has worked well or an incantation that served us well. Are the majority of people here content to only drop in rarely and see what others are saying and then go on? I knew that a lot of the groups were having problems with participation, but I hadn't realized that this lack of involvement is prevelent throughout the site. What I am hoping to do is to get more of my friends to post blogs. Share whatever it is that warms your heart and sparks your interest. I would love to hear from each of you and I would love to learn more about the witch's way of life. I miss hearing from my friends more often!
