Ive never been arrested for my spiritual beliefs but then I count myself lucky and blessed in that regard.

I guess the "established" religions must feel threatened by the fact that us pagans think for ourselves and arent afraid to question what were told....... 

At least that would explain part of their attitude problems with us......

No...I've been preached at durning a Gay pride celebration and then pulled out my pentacle and had them look at me as though I offered them tips on how to cook their children.

I've had a co-worker or two try to raise a stink because I wore my pentacle in to work but after a talk with human resources wasn't going so well I asked to borrow a phone book to look up the ACLU's phone number and they became more pleasant than you'd ever believe.
