My name is Juli. I live in the beautiful natural state of Arkansas where I teach keyboard and co-own a recording studio. I am married and have a teenage son and a fur-baby weim. As far as hobbies, I enjoy reading and writing, spending time outdoors, watching animals and nature, watching some movies and just a little tv. In regards to spirituality, I grew up in a very fundamental-Christian setting, but over the past decade or so I have been through many changes. While most of my friends and family are still in the confines of traditional Christianity, my husband is of a universalist mindset, which helps considerably, although he is probably not completely aware of the full spectrum of my beliefs and spiritual experience. We have a small home group that we still meet with sometimes. We also go to a methodist church on Sundays that pays my husband to play guitar, so I'm still surrounded by much of that as well. Of course, in the bible belt, it's hard to escape altogether. I can tolerate it most of the time, though. My perspective of God is that all Gods are One God. I think that the various pantheons are simply different expressions of Divinity, and I find the symbolism and expression of the God and Goddess to be very beautiful and something that I can really relate to. So, my spirituality is a bit ecclectic. I took the religion quiz on beliefnet and it told me I was 100% Neo Pagan. So, there you have it I guess. lol
