i love training with weights and i'll be starting a new training program in kettlebells. something new to try.

i study all kinds of books, magazines and learn new techniques by applying what i know to whats in them, rearranging them and coming up with a new techniques.
i study the healing arts. i am a reiki master, I.E.T. (Integrated Energy Therapy), Crystal Therapy, Aromatherapy, Chakra Balancing and Feng Shui. i want to continue my training in the healing arts of Hand and Feet Reflexology, Accupressure/accupuncture, Trigger Point Therapy, The Alexander Technique, massage therapy (deep tissue, swedish, rolfing, etc.), Polarity Therapy. If its out there i want to learn it.
