Like many, I am completely obsessed with the Twilight series. I prefer science fiction over-all. When I'm sad or stressed, it helps to escape into someone else's world for a while.

I mostly listen to classic rock, modern indie, and heavier modern rock. My favorite artists are changing all the time, but my current favorites are STYX, Van Halen, Muse, Avenged Sevenfold, Rasputina, Blue Oyster Cult, HIM, Blue Foundation, and Boston.

If I had an special patterns I am sure that would be greaet... I tend to stick with a basic knit and pearl stitch. I mostly just make scarfs, and fingerless gloves.
I learned from my grandmother a while ago, and it has always been one more thing for her and i to bond over.
