39 year old solo practitioner living in rural Southwest VA. I consider myself a spiritual journey man...hence my site name..LOL. When trying to come up with a unique ID, I thought about my journey, which started out as a confirmed lutheran. I think I always knew that the christian path was not for me, however it wasn't until my late twenties that I broke from that entirely. I was given a book to read by one of the college students I helped advise. The books was "The Fifth Sacred Thing" by Starhawk and remains to this day one of my favorite books and one that I re-read once per year (along with the prequel..."Walking to Mercury"). The book was a catalyst that started me on a journey that now includes studies of Native American spirituality, Paganism, Wicca, Shamanic studies, and I intend to include study of Druidic beliefs/practices and Luciferian magick. Some might think that studying so many different spiritualities is crazy but I disagree. I am able to glean something from all that I study while not straying from my core spirituality and worship of both the Goddess and Horned God.

Happy to have you as a friend, we seem to share quite a few interests, I may have to read some of the authors (you've mentioned) that I'm not familiar with. Spending time with Family, that is desirable, not my relatives; that's priceless!

The Wedjat in a lavender pyramid, inventive, symbolizing protection and the bringing of wisdom;  also symbolizing
our ability to see with clarity and truthfulness. The calming effects of lavender and the self generating power of the pyramid, inventive indeed.
