This is, of course, in addition to observing the regular Sabbats (Holy / Feast Days) and Esbats (Full and New Moon rituals). Within the Gardnerian Tradition of my training, However, a primary duty of those in the Craft is to heal and promote good health. A holistic approach: energy work, herbs, counseling, magickal means, exercise, and more, may all be used in an effort to restore balance and health. With that goal in mind, I became a Reiki Master I work with Animals and Plants, Totems, Spirits Guides, Runes, Astrology, and Dream Interpretation,,..

Open to everything. Classical, Country, New Age, Rock, Soundtracks, etc. whatever catches my fancy. Music trances me out and helps me relax. I also dig drumming circles and learning to play a native american flutes.
